Shipping & Returns
Shipping:
We ship within the UK and Worldwide. Please note, for orders outside of the UK you may be required to pay international customs duties and local sales tax on receipt of your order.
Our standard delivery time is between 3-5 working days.
All orders placed before Midday will be dispatched the same day. All orders placed after midday will be dispatched the next working day, depending on delivery methods used.
We use Royal Mail and Evri tracked delivery, you can track your order once we have sent you a tracking number.
Artwork sold from Artists' Apothecary will be sent in protective packaging along with insurance.

All orders over £55 will get shipping on us!
Returns:
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. All refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the product and credited back using your original form of payment. We always advise recorded delivery as we are not responsible for items going missing in the post. Please note Artists’ Apothecary cannot be held responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in the post.
Please make sure you include a note in your parcel with your NAME, ADDRESS and ORDER NUMBER (if possible). Please note any returns without NAME and ADDRESS may not be able to be processed.
Sale:
Please note items purchased in the sale cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault this does not affect your consumer rights
Faulty:
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, please contact us immediately via our contact form with your order details. We may ask you to send a photograph of the damage. We will send you a replacement if available, otherwise a refund will be issued.
Custom/Commissioned:
Custom made to order or commissioned artwork sales are all final and will not be eligible for a refund.
