Aug Wellness Workshop | Motivation Moodboard
The schedule will consist of guided yoga via Yoga Studio - Mind & Body, a special dinner created with low carb, vegetarian, sugar free options and a gift bag full of skincare treats to take home. Each event will have slight variations and a different theme so you can experience something different each time. For this month's workshop we will be getting creative and creating a Moodboard. This activity is part of our art therapy sessions which we provide to individual clients, it will be customised for the wellness workshop so you can create a board of your goals/things that make you happy/family/succeses whatever you feel passionate about. All stationery resources needed will be provided please feel free to bring any photos and or memorabilia you would like to use.
Come and join us together to escape the daily stresses and congested lifestyle to reconnect with our innerselves and recharge. This event has been designed to help you feel elevated and refreshed and to teach you how to make positive, healthy changes in your life, not just for the day but for the longterm.
Learn to integrate in to an active lifestyle without it feeling like a chore, pick up on healthier eating habits without feeling deprived. We are all a work in progress, choosing to take a new path to make improvements in life will always be a step in the right direction with no regrets. You will get to meet like minded ladies to exchange wellness knowledge with and hopefully be back to each session every month.
You will also be invited to join us for free weekly yoga sessions which are held on zoom and can be practised comfortably from the convenience of your own home.
